Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant – Mr. Befekadu Defar
Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant has been in East Somerville for over 17 years and is beloved staple of the community. Owner Befekadu (sometimes affectionately referred to as Mr. B) has a true passion for the rich, flavorful dishes served at Fasika. Nothing makes him happier than sharing his Ethiopian roots with his community through good food and good company.
Mr. B is operating out of Fasika Cafe in Roxbury so the East Somerville location is temporarily closed for the moment. Sad for us, but glad they are still operating!

Owners Iliassou and Anita Fassassi moved their Cambridge based business to East Somerville in the winter of 2018 after a fire displaced them from their Cambridge location.
