At the 2023 Halloween Block Party Pet Spectacular, you'll have a blast with a variety of activities. Watch cute pets and their owners in a costume contest, play fun games, take great photos, and enjoy tasty food. Don't forget to check out local artisans like Stinky's Grooming. You can also read books at "All She Wrote Books" or try martial arts with Master Brad. It's a day packed with family-friendly fun!
